My cart page is not updating properly when I remove the items from my cart.  It will remove the line items, but it does not update (refresh) the page to display the “Cart Empty” message. It removes the line item and leaves the Cart Total and Proceed To Checkout button until I physically refresh the page, then it removes those and displays the “Cart Empty” message and Return to Shop button.

Please advise. See attached screenshot of cart with all items removed.
