Hi, I have send a private message the day of my purchase (July 12) requesting a refund. I received an answer on July 18 asking me to post on this forum. So I post and here are my comments. First of all , to wait 6 days to get this kind of answer is not professional. Secondly, a refund should be issue without questions.
Here is my message: ” Hi, I purchased this morning your Woocommerce PageBuilder addon (mainly for customizing my several products categories, however for me, it doesnt work out of the box, might deed a lot of css and other customization and I dont have time and ressources for it. Could you kindly issue a refund ? upon receiving it I will uninstall the addon. Thanks in advance. “
