I’ve created a custom Cart page, but when I use the elements from your plugin, there’s no “proceed to checkout” button at all. If I use the normal woocommerce cart element, the button shows normally.

See the attached images. It shows the elements on the cart page and how the button only shows on the woocommerce element but not on the plugin element.
