Hi –
When a customer purchases a ticket, the payment is processed in Paypal but an email with the ticket IS NOT sent to the customer. If the ticket is free, it works.
We also can’t resend the ticket in the ‘order actions’ window on the orders page of WooCommerce even though the payment and order has been completed. What can we do to fix this issue?
