Hi,

I think I found a bug with loading Empty Cart Page. When I remove product form Cart Page I get blank cart page. Only when I reload page after removing product then my Empty Cart Page appears without woocommerce notice. Then if I go to any other page I get woocommerce notice that says product was removed.
