Nothing is working.
1. Checkout forms (billing form and Shipping form) – They do now always display. When it does, it is not laid out like normal. Every form part is stacked on top of each other
2. When I place a widget, all I see is a grey bar, but no content to style. This happens on multiple widgets in the checkout widgets and the cart widgets.

I tried this on multiple themes and turned off all plugins. still not working.

Why are all my form fields stacked?
