just purchased yesterday

i did this three times.

i was thinking that maybe some i was doing something wrong somewhere, that maybe some of these bugs weren’t actually bugs, but my doing, but after three fresh installs, this isn’t on me.

• for starters:   appearance–> themes–> customize – there is nothing. just blank. this may be on purpose (?) to force the user into using  appearance–> theme options… but i can’t see how that would be, so i am unable to do anything there.

• also, the widgets do not work. i am unable to open them, edit them, move them, implement them into any pages..etc.. i AM able to make snippets with the sidebar generator (theme options), and they DO get written to the widget section – but am not able to do a thing with anything there… i am unable to fill a page properly without the use of these widgets.

• TOO MANY times, i am just sitting and waiting for a page to load (both backend and front end) VERY heavy load times. is there something i can do to speed this up?

• errors in theme editor – the following error came just while trying to add a simple “NOFOLLOW” to the head in the header.php file:

• “Your PHP code changes were rolled back due to an error on line 347 of file wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/src/Tribe/Widget/Widget_Abstract.php. Please fix and try saving again”

there’s others but i would like to focus on the first two issues for now if we could (no customize) and widgets not functioning.
