Thank you very much, for your response.

If I have followed well, it means that any user coming to my website will not be able to upload a video directly from their/his pen drive to the website so, we can have it reviewed and decide if we will promote his song or not. Is that right?

So, your THEME does not have that features? If yes, can you please have that fixed? Because the all point of buying your them, was to buy it and be able to upload videos easily without any challenge or so ever and Viem theme, was the ideal structure that we have chosen.

Now is a challenge because you have made some restrictions on it.
And I don’t understand why after buying your theme we still must upload a video via your website again, copy the link there and come and past here… is just too much Keymaster.

I believe we should be independent. Your theme should be flexible. I have spent money on your theme and I can’t even start my project cause is not straight forward.

Once again here is the picture. I want my users to be able to submit videos on my website using a simple pend drive or select their video in a folder in their phone etc and upload them to my website that all.

Please If your theme can’t do the job, kindly advise me the one which has the feature

1. Please create a new page if in the demo content you don’t see the Submit Video page (Like our demo page named: Submit Video).
In the Submit Video content, please enter the shortcode: [viem_community_add]

2. Please go to Theme Options > Video > Videos Settings > Videos Thumbnail
select “Auto” to grab it automatically from Youtube, Vimeo, .mp4 file. If you upload the Featured Image in the single video editor then the Featured Image will be used.

Hi,

i need to upload videos not using YouTube, Vimeo o html5 but uploading videos from own device.

So I need to change the form of submitting videos with only the option to “upload video from your device” and no more from YouTube ……

how can i do that? Can you send me the custom short code?

is it possibile in this case to have the automatic image preview of the video in the galleries?

Thanks for contacting us,
To setting the Community Video, please go to Appearance > Theme Options > Video > Community Videos Settings section, in the Community Videos Add Page option select the Submit Video Page and in this page, please add the shortcode [viem_community_add] in the content page.

And if you want to modify the Submit form, in the Viem-ultimate plugin > includes > community-videos > community-videos.php function sc_community_add( $atts, $content).

Hi,
i don’t find the setup of the page of “submit video”, as i want to modify some writes and change some elements.
But the most important thing is that i want to give the option to upload videos from any device (for example from their own smartphone library).
where and how can i do that?

2)I’m trying to submit a video using a file video onmy desktop (no youtube link). After filling all my data for teh registration, i clic on submit but the page doesnt load.

How do one modify the video submission form or create a new one?
Is there a way to add option to submit audio maybe from soundcloud as well?

1. Please enable the Membership option to allow Anyone can register into Admin > Settings > General Settings
2. Navigation to Appreance > Theme Options > Video > Community Videos Settings > Allow anonymous submissions (Allow users to submit videos without having a WordPress account) Select No.

Hi, I will show you how to select the element and set the custom CSS. In the browser, right click on the element that you want to select and choose the inspect then copy the element and add the custom CSS. See the screenshot.

Here is the examples:
1. Login block
