ADD TO CART BUTTON is not show on event post !

I install:

TicketBox – Event Tickets WordPress Theme
Events calendar Pro
Events ticket plus

My problem,

When i create event , i show the event and i dont have ADD TO CART BUTTON.

When i chenge theme the ADD TO CART BUTTON is there !

Can you give me the step by step procedure to fix that.

I desactivate all plugins and always same problem.

So the only way i can see the Add To Cart button is when o change the theme.
