Cant activate demo layout checkout, shop, account

I am stuck, cant understand your dokumentation. I am trying to activate your demo checkout layout, cart, thankyou, and accounts

but i followed your dokumentation until, i was on woocommerce Settings, and checked page setup.

Now i ont understand  what you want me to do? do i have to open my Shop and delete everything from it and ad this text [woocommerce_cart] and save it????
