Can't set up Page Builder

Hello there,
I can’t use the WooCommerce Page Builder to create templates for Checkout and/or Cart because the Custom Post Types aren’t there to Check under Admin / WPBakery Page Builder / Role Manager as mentioned in http://doc.dawnthemes.com/woocommerce-page-builder/#product_page

Please see attached screenshot. It’s (partially) in German, but I think you’ll get the gist!

Since there is a Product Template in place I am uncertain if uninstalling and then reinstalling will affect the Product Template.

Please advice!
