the usage of wc_get_template() function is IMHO wrong.
the ‘template_path’ and ‘default_path’ arguments are identical.
but the ‘template_path’ should be
'woocommerce-builder-elementor-templates/'not
DTWCBE_PATH . 'woocommerce-builder-elementor-templates/'
IMHO
Only then I can override this template with the file in the theme file structure
