Change Color Menu and ad new cattegories in the menu

Good Afternoon

I need to change the menu backgorund color with CSS. Could you tell me the correctly code?

I´ve Install the main demo.

Secondly I´ve create a new Video Cattegorie called Medicina and I can´t found the way to added in the primary menu.
