Clash with MegaMenu + Woocommmerce + Products Widget in menu

we have an issue where woocommerce notices are interrupted when using this woocommerce element in a megamenu menu widget. The element moves the location of the on page woocommerce notice from on the normal page to into the menu above the element. please see below
