Columns Issues – URGENT!

Hi there,

Today I buyed this plugin but Im disappointed because unfortunately, the plugin doesnt work properly.

1. I can`t do one centered column (see examples attached)

2. When I add two columns 1/2 the images product looks like 1/4columns

3. Some elements don`t show.

I want to take a look at the website, please tell me where I can send you the login details.

Please note that is very urgent.
