Contact please for complaints and refund

I am so angry right now I have just lost an important client as well as losing the money invested in buying this theme and the £299 it cost for the recommended plugins to find that none of it worked on the live site- to then be told that what is a theme for use by ‘non programmers’ actually needs a programmer to work it and to get the plugins to do what they are supposed to is not your problem not events calendar .. i even got a poor response blaming godaddy who I have to say tried to help more than yourselves or modern tribe events calendar. I am now another £300 down because I had to pay a programmer to try and fix the apparent php errors in the code. The truth being everyone is blaming everyone else for the problems which all means I do not have any resolution nor a working website and a very unhappy client. I am so frustrated and angry about the lack of support and assumptions everyone is a programmer. The themes are bought for a reason because many designers have no wish or inclination to learn programming. This complaint is going to Events Calendar aswell and maybe at some someone can decide who is responsible for the errors that have cost me a small fortune and my client.
