Critical issue: WPbakery page Header creation 508 loop

When I edit or create a header with wpbakery I get my site go into meltdown.  My cpanel says 100% used resources on memory and cpu.

My site then reports a 508 error.  See attachments

addtionally, I suspect the error is why Google are not indexing my site.  Please assist ASAP
