Data dummy error

I bought and installed the theme, but get a lot of errors when importing the data dummy data.

The manual says ‘Install Widget Settings Importer/Exporter’ but it is not usable due to a security issue.

for this reason I can’t import the widget_data.json file

How do I get the dummy data installed?
