Don't see woocommerce elements or shortcodes

Hi,

I just purchased and installed your Page Builder plugin for WordPress and I am already stuck and hoping you can help. I am trying to make a custom Shop page and am not sure where to start. When I use the grid builder in WPBakery to make the shop page, I don’t have any woocommerce shortcodes in the Add Element menu other than one that says ‘woocommerce field’. In your demo video you have many elements to insert into shop page layout.

What am I missing here? Did something not install properly? Do you have a video tutorial for setting up a Shop page? Please help!
