Not sure what would be causing this, but we have all products set to unique single product templates.
Sometimes, not all the time, when we go in to edit a product, the template gets set back to default without our doing. I usually don’t notice it until I view the site and see that a product is not right.

Just getting very close to final review and live, so won’t to make sure this is not going to be a recurring issue.
