Hi support.
I just purchased this plugin from codecanyon.net
And for some reason it is not working, I attached a screenshot as a PoC.
The steps you provided are very specific and I followed them all.
I had this problem with other plugins before and never achieved to fix it my self.
It is really an urgent matter. Thanks alot
