Events Images Size on Grid / Search Field Community Events

Hi, how are you?

I have two problems:

1) My Grid View for my Events Page are not resizing the events image.
2) When enter on Community Events, on Attendes page, the Search field apper, but when click on Search field their disappear (tested with another theme dont disapper) problem only with Ticket Box theme.
