Having product options below the title

Hi, if you look at https://bcswebdesign.co.uk/prestige/product/century-goalkeeper-tower-trophy-225mm/ I would like the quantity selector to appear above the custom fields display.  I have shown what I am looking to achieve in the attached screeengrab. I have added the wp bakery page builder but I need to use the custom fields shortcode so that it appears below the quantity selector.  How can I achieve this?

Also I would just like to have the quantity selector without the add to cart button and this was requested in the presales question that I asked on Friday.
