I cannot make this work

Hi.

I cannot make this plugin work although I have used Wp Bakery Builder successfully for years in all my site pages.

I had old product pages, where there is just basics. Image. Title. Price. Add to cart and Apple pay and Product description.

I have now made the new product templates, they do not work properly:

-In my product pages I can’t select my published templates in WPDTB single product page- editor. Instead I could choose any of my other pages (not templates but normal content pages) and then “default”. So only thing I can choose is default. (which default? I have several product pages and I cannot choose of them)

-Tabs are not working at all in templates; I cannot add the different content to each tab. I tried to solve this by adding the tabs also to a single product page using wpbakery builder tabs-element, and so there were two sets of tabs in the page – and none is working properly.

-After taking your plugin to use, it shows the descriptions twice in the page. See example from my staging site: https://staging.kotikyla.com/product/freska-kotisiivous-alk-36e-h/
It is like the old page before your blugin – but there is now double descripion text.

The online documentation is more like a joke – it does not help as I see that many many users are having problems in set up.

I have not tried yet other page templates, hopefully they are easier. However, this product page template is the most important one and I wonder if this plugin does what it is said to do.
