I can't use the plugin in new taxonomies from product

I have created new taxonomies in the “product” section, but the plugin does not work on them. The options from the plugin are not shown as it appear in product / categories

I created the new taxonomies here: https://generatewp.com/taxonomy/

Right now my website is under maintenance.
