I need a refund, please.

This plugin is not what I have expected. I bought it to make my cart page cool (using Elementor Hello) and it lacks customization tools.

I don’t get why it doesn’t show the thumbnails when using a mobile phone. Why? Why the option to make the pictures bigger is there?

And even the colours that I have set just work for one product.

 

I don’t like this. I don’t want to put you a bad review, just want my money back, nothing else. Here in my country, 17usd is quite a lot and I won’t be using this for anything.

 

I only want my money back.
