Hi! I am working on uploading events to the TicketBox theme – and the featured images that I am uploading are not showing up in the featured images, or event images section. I am uploading images that are 1920×1080 just like the demo images so I’m unsure why this is happening, and I haven’t been able to remedy the issue. Please help! Thank you!
