Hi, thanks for a great plugin! It worked well for us to customize the cart and checkout pages… however, now the My Account page seems to be broken. It shows two additional login/register links on the top of the page, with black screen background. Then the normal account details look correct below it. When I try to hide the improper black area above with CSS, it just hides all the forms including the ones working below. Additionally, not sure how to split up the billing and shipping address, as well as the login and register forms.. to be two columns side by side? When I deactivate your plugin, the problem disappears. Please advise, thanks!!
