issue with Thank You page and the layout

Hi, I am experiencing the attached layout issue.

For some reason the standard table layout is not working and the info is placed rather unsightly. Now, this also happens without using your plugin, but I was hoping your plugin would overwrite the layout.

But perhaps you can point me in the right direction?
