Jump to video time code and video speed

Hello

I have purchased your theme which is great!

But I need to do some customised development on the video player and I need a little bit advise from your team.

1. Jump to video time-code
Can I create a link in my video description to control the video player directly jump to certain time position?

2. Video speed control
Can I control the video player speed to 1/2 slower or 1/4 slower by clicking a link in the video description?

I plan to do both by jQuery, is it possible? If yes, can you send me a demo code for both these cases?
