Just purchased and doesn't seem to b compatible with latest version of Elementor

Using Elementor 3.11.7
When load Elementor with plugin pagebuilder for elementor activated, elementor widgets cannot be clicked, there is a circling icon and a grayed out panel .

The only way to resolve this issue with lots of bugs is to put Elementor into safe mode, but even then the pagebuilder has a lot of bugs.

Now, I don’t know what to do to fix this, but I would appreciate your help
