Layout/Responsive Issue (RTL)

Hello.

I installed ticket box on my site and customized several times but it has huge problems with RTL and foregin languages (absolutely on mobile devices) that you can check it here: Bilitik.com

may you say it happened during customizing because of our mistakes, but I installed the template without any edit on kestawex.com and see its the problem of the template as I have same issues on it. for example this them will not stay fix to the screen when you open site by iphone !

So its so important for us why this them has so much problems with RTL and foreign languages like Parsi(FARSI)

Also this them has many problems with usual plugins like MEGA MENU, Dokan, Woo commerce wallet, and some others…
for example, Mega menu will add huge search bar under the menu that I can`t edit it by codes and other ways.

or it has many problems (all about te layout) with DOKAN and it`s control panel or registering a product in it.

Also It have problems with Clean login or other login customize plugins that I tried many of them.

these kind of problems takes my time for more than 3 months !because I fully installed and customized this them for 3 times and still has problems!
