Map Not Working at all

Hello.  We just recently purchased the WordPress – WooCommerce Maps Store Locator plugin and we cannot get it to show up at all on the website, even though we’ve connected it to a Google Map API with the instructions in your documentation.

You can see the page that’s supposed to be showing the map here for reference:
