Multiple question

Hello,
seems to finally go in the right way but i still have some problems.
I ve installed another plugin has you suggested in order to have a personal subscription page.

Inscription

My first problem is that when i make a subcription there is at the end a message that appears saying that an email confirmation is necessary…The problem is that this message disapears very quick.

Second problem is the access to contributor at their admin panel.
WHen i am loggued has a contributor i see the wordpress admin bar but when i click in order ot add a new event, or go to cummunity options i am redirected to wordpress admin page and i must loggued another time ??
