Multiple questions

hello,
i am sorry but i ve got a lot of questions:
1) how can i add other fields in organizor subscriptions? It is only the wordpress default fileds.
2) how can i force admin validation of new contributors?
3) how can i do in order to change what contributor see in back office? They see articles, visual composer… don’t want theim to see that? Furtermore how can i do in order theim to see only their own events, category, tikcets that they create??
