No WC Elements appear under Visual Composer

I purchased the WooCommerce Page Builder but I am not able to see the shortcodes.

When using the backend editor and I press the + symbol under Visual Composer, the “Add Element” dialog box does not display the WooCommerce options.

Can I send screenshots to an email address?

I have WordPress 4.3.11 and WC Version 2.4.10
