Not compatible with some features of WooCommerce

I just purchased the plugin and installed it right away. But somehow it doesn’t seem to be 100% compatible with WooCommerce, because I immediately get the following message:

This plugin is not compatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature “High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)” and should not be enabled.

And now…? :-/
