Not seeing all widgets, can't create custom shop page

Hello, I purchased this plugin with the understanding that I could use widgets and shortcodes to build my own custom WooCommerce pages. Right now, the only page I want to edit is the Shop page that lists all products, and add some sort of carousel or slider at the top. I don’t see all the widgets that are shown in the screenshots on CodeCanyon. Can anyone help me with this?
