Hi, we are selling internet-access via sat subscriptions. With the subscription is coming hardware and a activation fee, so the customer has to pay a one time fee directly after ordering and later the monthly fee by bank transfer. What we need is a division of the price types in 2 column within the <cart totals> and, of course, later in the payment process.
