Organisators

Hello,
when a person subcribe to the website he become a wordpress contributor (has you explain in your docs) but when i validate this organisator he doesn’t appaers in the organisators list??
Furter more how can i do in order to add new fileds like soundcloud links, images… into the organisator infos?
