Page Builder not working and website does not load correctly

Hi,

I have just bought this plugin and I am having trouble on the implementation. I am using WooCommerce 2.6.4, WP 4.6.1 , Bridge Theme 10.0. I have successfully installed the plugin, but when I use a shortcode (for example, Single Product Price ), the page does not load correctly. I am not getting any error, but the page does not load correctly and I am not seeing the “Single Product Price”. If I use the “Product title” shortcode, the page does loads but does not appear the correct title of the product.

 

I have followed carefully your tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zotKfJ-FyRo  ) with no luck.
