Parallax Effect isn't working properly

Hey there,

I’m trying to create a Parallax Effect in the product page template builder using the Row settings that are native to WPBakery.

I am able to set up everything properly and get it to work correctly on posts and pages but for some reason it doesn’t seem to work in the WCPB templates.

What I’d like to achieve is a Row that has a custom background that moves at a different depth than the elements inside of that row, as your scroll down the page.

Please look into this for me as it’s an important tool for our brand consistency.
