Hello, I recently purchased this plugin. I went through installing the zip folder, and received a success log. However, the plugin does not appear on my plugins list and none of the elements shown on your youtube video or information appears on my dashboard. I tried reinstalling and received this message:
Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/donebyco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dt_woocommerce_page_builder/
Plugin installation failed.
It says it already exists, but I cannot find it in my list of plugins.
