Plugin not functioning

Good day to you.

We have purchased the plugin, because it seemed it would cover our needs for a visual function we needed for our webshop. We have the shopistic theme, which supports default hooks from woocomerce, so it shouldnt have a problem working, but…

After installing the plugin this is the only thing that works:
– displays small slider below the product in the product category. The slider can be moved, but doesnt change the title photo while hovering or clicking on it.

 

What doesnt work:

– changing title photo if I hover or click on the thumbnail doenst work

– redirecting to the product page works only if I click on the title photo (is it possible if I click on the thumnail?)

– on the product page, the color variation selector stays the same as it was, and is not changed by the picture thumbnail color selector, so basically the productpage didnt change anything after installation

 

I am also adding 2 screenshots (first one is from the product category. As you can see the right product is how it should look, but it doesnt work, and the left one has the select option button which we actually dont need to show. The second picture is the product page which shows the standard theme selector, and instead of the color names, it should show the thumbnails)

Can you please help me with this? I would be really happy if we could get it working, thank you!
