I am having issue were your theme will not load even on your demo with pre-loader that is controlled by WPbakery plugin.
Steps I have taken to resolve so far…
I have disabled all the other plugins and verified the issue is with that plugin ( WPbakery ).I even reset it back to v5 demo content and the issue still remains and I checked all the plugins including WPbakery for updates.
I have contacted both my host and WPBakery support sites and both have suggested I contact you as the Theme creator for resolution.
As of right now your theme is completely unusable since the site will not load past the pre-loader animated image.Current host Site…
