Prioritize loading

Hello,

Is it possible to prioritize some categories while the screen is loading?
For example, in the image attached, we see some category name’s and I’d like to prioritize the first two (featured videos & matrix and the torah) to load first, as they are at the top of the page. This is to show the videos from these two categories first.

P.s.: this is mainly on mobile.
