Problem with custom template for Product category

Hello. I have a site on WordpPess+WooCommerce with template Porto. Here is my product category page http://test.rws-shop.com.ua/product-category/kerabit/ it is with custom template built in visual composer, custom template is assigned from this page http://test.rws-shop.com.ua/bitumnaya-cherepitsa/kerabit
I have removed some standart features from product category page like sidebars, products in defualt grid view (or list), pagination, sorting and so on.
But some problems I see here http://test.rws-shop.com.ua/product-category/kerabit/ in comparison with original page http://test.rws-shop.com.ua/bitumnaya-cherepitsa/kerabit/

Problems:

2) Dont’t working fine fancybox popups (with help of this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/) – problem is https://prnt.sc/gme26t

3) Wrong place for vc_custom css styles in source code of page http://prntscr.com/gme3jv

This problems I see. What may cause this problems? Help me to solve this bugs.
