Problem with Elite Video Player

Hi,

We’ve researched but so far, we couldn’t find the answer, so we are asking for your help.
There is an inconsistency with elite video player (you can check it here: https://www.loom.com/share/03cd4e41275248daa03bc00f9cb227c4) where whenever you try to move back and forward with the video, it goes back to the starting point at 0 seconds.
However, it’s inconsistent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. Also, while I was writing this I kept this link open (the same one with the video) (that’s the link: https://jewishinreach.com/video/believe-in-god-in-5-minutes/) and it started playing around 4:23min without any clicks.

What can be done to solve this inconsistency?

We have tested the demo video from Elite Video Player several times and the problem doesn’t happen. (http://creativeinteractivemedia.com/player/Elite_video_player/youtube/).

Also, would it be possible to enable all player settings, as it is shown by Elite Video Player? (http://creativeinteractivemedia.com/player/CC/documentation_Elite_Video_Player_WP/documentation/ELITE_VIDEO_PLAYER_WORDPRESS_INSTALLATION.html#player_admin)

Our final question in this matter, if you go to our link or any other videos on our website, you can see that on the background you can see YouTube’s information, such as the length of the video, etc, and when you look at their demo, it doesn’t show that info, only youtube’s logo at the bottom right. How can we remove that?
