product categories and product loop not work

hello i set product categories to show categoies i need…
but if i use also the product loop the product will be duplicated and …
the first product follow category directive e.g. 5 columns
while
the second part repeated product follow another directive e.g. 4 columns..
if i deactivate product loop archive
show only categories but not products
