Quantity bugs with Event Tickets Plus

Hi,

I’m using your theme TicketBox and noticed some problems when used with Event Tickets Plus.

Issue 1: Event page quantity counter

To replicate this issue go to:

Linkin park Live at the small of asia arena

– Click the plus icon beside the event to increase the amount of tickets you want to buy.
– Now click the minus icon to decrease the tickets you want to buy to 0

Result: the amount always stays at 1

This is annoying if you have an event with tickets for different dates, a user can click the wrong date and decide they don’t want tickets for that date but another, but they cant get the quantity down to 0.

Issue 2: Cart page quantity counter

To replicate this issue go to:

Cart

– Click the plus icon beside any of the items in the cart
– Now click the update cart button
– Now click the plus icon beside any of the times in the cart

Result: Unable to modify quantity after updating the cart

This is annoying for the customer because they have to refresh the page to be able to adjust the quantity further after the first update.
